What is wrong with this comapny?

"I have done business with 123Print for years. Every year or so I order (actually re-order) the same business card I have had them print for years. With each re-order I have watched as prices have risen way beyond inflation, but still I was willing to pay the price for what I considered a quality product and good service. So I reordered 5000 cards that arrived this week. I always open the shipping box and take out all of the smaller boxes (each one holding about 500 cards) and store the cards for use, as needed.
But not this order. I opened the box (which had nothing to note which way is up or the top of the box) and as I lifted the lid, 5000 individual cards pourned out onto the floor because the box was on it's side when I lifted the lid. No packaging in smaller boxes, as always in the past, ..........no, this time 5000 loose card were stacked into the shipping box with no warning about how to open the box. Do you how much time it woud take to sort the upside down and backward facing card lying on the floor? HOURS.....which I refuse to give my valuable time up to do. So 5000 card went into the garbage.
That is the definition of really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you make a change......tell the customer in ADVANCE.
I really disappointed in 123Print.

still waiting

"i ordered labels on march 21. they sent to address from 5 years ago even though i have ordered to new address since then. they seemed to have the billing part right lol...they promised to send overnight .... then they lost it again. i still dont have labels...sigh"
