But the packaging offered no protection from the rigors of the USPS, and the label dispenser arrived in broken pieces. Fortunately the labels arrived. I'd be hesitant to order anything more bendable than a roll of labels. But easy design system, quick turnaround and a nice looking product."

"I ordered custom magnets for a project at work. I clicked on the magnets and thought that by clicking on them that was what I was ordering. The order page for the magnets is a little unclear due to the drop down box that then requires you to select magnet and the preferred size again. If that could be improved upon I feel that would be very helpful to customers. I was also shipped the wrong order of magnets. I received another customer's order. Four years ago I ordered ALL of my wedding stationary items from your company and had a wonderful experience and was thrilled with the quality and the results. This order was not the same in terms of customer service or satisfaction with how the wrong order that was shipped to me was handled. The customer service person my office administrator spoke with did not handle herself in the most professional manner. Very disappointing considering my first experience with this company was so wonderful. I'm providing this review as constructive criticism to use to improve on the problems stated in this review. "I like professonally printed business cards. They look much better and are cheaper than the cheesy print-at-home perforated sheets you get at office supply store. I like that you can easily upload your own art to the web site, and that your prior orders are kept on file. The bad part - I reordered my standing business card order, and the color is way off. First round came in perfect, better than expected actually. But a reorder just came in too bright. I'll give them a ring."
