"This was my first time dealing with 123Print. I had to order business cards. The employee before me had always ordered from 123Print. It was very easy to take over and re-order business cards. I did have some questions and the online customer service was amazing! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I think the editing/creating functionality could be easier. It's very hard to line up small line items and you can't use arrow keys. Very limited in how you can move things around and highlight small line items to edit. I would like to see some easier functionality/more user friendly for creating and editing business cards. Thank you and I look forward to working with them in the future!"
"I payed for a larger, truck-sized magnet and all they did was take my logos, leave them sized for a car-sized magnet and put them in the middle of a big magnet. It looks ridiculous and isn't usable"
"Still havent received 2 sets of cards i paid extra to be delivered within 3 days.......simce they use UPS, im sure its a pretty regular occurrance

"I'm mostly satisfied with the business cards I received but there were a couple of issues. The preview online doesn't match up exactly with what was printed; the image on the reverse isn't centered and the top line on front is higher and smaller than viewed online. That line was actually supposed to be two lines. However, they look as good as most cards and I don't like wasting resources so I will keep & use these."
