"Do NOT buy anything from this store. They lie. Told me my order was shipped. Gave me tracking number and for two weeks now when I track it at fed ex all it says is label created. I emailed they and asked why and they said there shipment truck never came in? It's now three weeks and the tracking number still says the same thing. I guess I should have done my research before ordering from a Un reputable place like 13 deals or one of there other 10 rip off sites."

"I ordered from 13 deals they had some womens dr scholls socks that was to be a 2 pair pack for $7.99 In big capitol it says 4 pairs total well I only received 2 pairs and they said the 4 pairs total was a misprint and I said well that is why I bought them so they said they were going to change the ad right away well they still havent and I only got two pair of socks here is the ad below

"When a sales email says an item is 2 for $5 then it should be $5. They charged 2.74 each instead and I get that it's only .48, but it is false advertising & look how much money they make off of hundreds of orders ... A business growing from unethical practices"

"This is one of the worst customer i experienced from a company.I ordered a gold plated card...did not received the product after one month..called the customer support..they said it lost in transit...reprocessed the order did not receive product....told the customer support to return the money ...they said 75% only they can return since they shipped the product...Most the executives are very arrogant....Never buy item from this site"

"I ordered the gold playing cards deal, as a two pack. They sat on my payment for 8 days and the order was still processing. The woman that I spoke with for customer services said it would be processed in a few days (that would exceed the shipping policy of most items ship in 24 to 48 hours but can take 10 days. I asked what the hold up was, and the response was that it was still processing. I canceled my order, and now waiting for my refund. I will never do business with 13deals again! Stay away from them!"

"PRO: Ordered multiple times and had no problem with their delivery.

CONS: Generally cheap stuff but does work. Not satisfied with a recent order and wanted to get a RMA to return. It's their policy not to do that unless item is damaged or does not work.

"They do not have any sort of inventory system. Their excuse is that they are a small company and cannot be bothered to let the customer know there is a delay in shipping. When I called to ask on the order, the lady that answered the phone, would not listen to me and her response was, I cannot make backpacks in my office. I would be greatly wary while ordering from this company. "

"When the order was finally received, it was incomplete. The reader glasses (5 pack) never arrived. The item that made it was very poorly packed - the computer readers frames got bent and lost their symmetry due to poor packing. Buyers, beware of this scamming site with rude customer service. Avoid buying from them at all costs. "

"I bought a pair of cheap bike lights from this site. I was disappointed to find that one of them was super dim. I knew it was probably a battery issue, but I didn't think troubleshooting should be my responsibility, so I wrote them and said "one doesn't work". Without asking a single question, they simply mailed me an entire new pair of lights, plus a bunch of batteries! I used the batteries to fix the light, and now I have a bunch of extra batteries, and four lights."

"What a bunch of crap. Ordered a couple of things on July 12. They took the money out of my credit card, immediately. A full 10 days later I got an email saying my order was "being processed for shipment" and they supplied a tracking number. Now a full 4 days later, that tracking number is still not "valid". What really ticks if me off is if I'd read the reviews on these guys, I never would have ordered. The people who write the good reviews are absolutely the minority. They wonder how all those people could think these guys are clowns? Do the math. Will never deal with these idiots again. "

"Extremely poor customer service! Stay away from these guys!

I order several items from them and paid via PayPal. The next day I received an email my order is being processed, a day or two later my purchased was shipped via FEDEX and they supplied a tracking number, I checked this number daily for about 5 days...not shipped. I emailed them - no response. I then contacted PayPal and filed a complaint, the next day I checked the tracking number and my order was finally shipped. To this date, still no response from - treat this place and partner sites like poison ivy! 13deals.com is owned by Jammin Butter which also owns Hobo Ninja, That Daily Deal, Sir Macho, Deadly Deals, and Loco Buy, all from the same street address in Johnson City, Tennessee.
