"13deals.com ruined my Christmas. They did this by selling an item that they did not have. This item held up two of my orders, and when I contacted them 10 days later (they say it takes 10 days before shipment) they told me the orders would ship the next day. Did they? No. The shipping info was sent to FedEx two days later and one package shipped two days after that. The other one, two days later than that. So, one shipment did not come in time for me to send items as Christmas presents and the other did not come in time for me to bring Christmas presents home. This was not a pre-order and there was no indication that 1. they were selling an item they did not have, and 2. that item would hold up an entire order.

I would use 13deals.com again, but never for Christmas or any other need-to-have event."

"I read the reviews on here prior to ordering from these guys and didn't know what to expect but it was such a good bargain that I wanted to try it for myself. I have since placed two orders with them.

There are so many negative reviews for this seller and quite honestly I don't know why. The first order took a little over 2 weeks for me to get because what I purchased was a PRE-ORDER. I knew ahead of time that it was going to take over 2 weeks to arrive. The second order arrived lightning fast. Less than a week.

I've contacted their customer service department via email in which they responded in less than 18 hours. Pretty darn good for an ecommerce site. They were friendly and helpful.

I'm not saying the past reviews on here are not accurate but I have certainly not had anything but excellent transactions with this company. If I were you, I'd give them a shot. They state how long it will take for certain items to arrive so my suggestion would be to READ the item description prior to placing the order."

"I have been ordering from this site for about a year, probably over 20 items from them. I love it, and Im surprised that theres so many people throwing the insults on them...it makes me wonder how legit those reviews are. 13 Deals has the BEST deals i have ever seen on the internet. But dont expect them to be prompt or give you high quality products...if they did, their prices wouldnt be so low, and you wouldnt get free shipping.

I have never experienced fraud or identity, and rarely have I had trouble from them. One time a product I ordered had a tiny crack in it, and I sent them an email with a picture of the crack asking for a replacement. And they did, without asking for the old product back! They are a small company and pay attention to the consumers concerns.

ALSO, usually when you order something from them, they give you a code to get a free item with your next purchase. I've gotten at least three so far!"

They sent me an email with the tracking number on the fifth day, but it then took another 15 days for them to actually give the package to FedEx. In the end, it took over 3 weeks to receive my order. Unacceptable in this day and age."

The only problems I've ever had with them have been a few glitches with their website. "I have ordered from 13Deals.com before and have had the same issue with them. Shipping is slow if even existent. They sell more than they have and take forever to refund your order (I ordered some lanterns that I was finally refunded for), they won't ship until you complain about them not shipping (twice I have had to complain after waiting for over a week for a response about the order). They do send you the product that you ordered, but its not very high quality at all. Probably all made in china. The one thing that gets me maddest is that I was sent an email from them stating that "PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking number may take several days to register in the FedEx system. Please be assured that your package has shipped." This is their way of putting you off for a few days while they sit on your order. I have waited over a week several times because I receive that statement in an email, but the couriers website showed no change in shipping status. When I contacted them about the orders, they stated they were either out of the product (finally got a refund) or they were holding the order and will ship soon. WHY!?! Very unsatisfied with their service. My package stated below still has not shipped, ordered on 2-28 and its 3-6 today..."
