"This company has promised to honor their 1 year warranty but has not done so. A cartridge I purchased from them sat on the shelf for a few months then when I went to use it, it was defective. Ed (a one man operation) requested I send it back for an exchange and acknowleged receiving it. Still no replacement has been sent to me after 6 weeks. BUYER BEWARE. Ed promises a warranty on ebay listings but did not honor mine."
