Not what I expected

"I ordered a beautiful bouquet, paid for the full large, and that was not what was delivered. The bouquet looked similar, but definitely did not look like a large, and definitely not worth the price that I paid for it. I was extremely dissatisfied that it did not look nearly as full as the picture had shown."

Mostly satisfied with what I ordered

"I ordered a Waterford Christmas ornament and a basket of fruit, cookies and candy as a gift for my mom and dad. The packaging was good and nothing arrived damaged or broken. The ornament arrived a couple of days prior to the requested delivery date and the basket arrived a day later than the requested date but both were here in time for Christmas Eve, which was my intent, so no real issue there. I was disappointed in the quality of the ornament as it didn't look as nice as it appeared online and definitely didn't seem to be worth what I paid for it. Basically, you're paying for the Waterford name. The box it came in was nicely done but the ornament itself was cheap looking and quite honestly I have ornaments on our tree that were 1/10th the cost and look just as good. I was hoping for something more upscale like my Swarovski ornaments. The food basket was nice although being packaged up in shrink wrap it doesn't look like the picture (which I knew, having received this type of gift in the past) but I suppose you could have it delivered, unpack it and arrange it yourself before you give it to someone. I purchased the deal that gives me free shipping for the next year since the cost of that was close to the shipping charges of the two items so it was a wash on this order and will save me money if I order again. Most of the time, it's the high cost of shipping that makes me reluctant to order from these types of merchants. I would probably order flowers or gift baskets again from 1800flowers but would hesitate to order merchandise like the ornament again."

Family Was Happy with the Arrangement

"I wasn't able to attend the funeral, but the family contacted me to tell me the arrangement was beautiful and looked just like the illustration I'd sent. I was very happy to hear that since the arrangement was for a dear aunt who had just recently turned 100. "

"My order was delivered to the wrong address but the very nice lady who lives blocks away from me brought it to my home. I realize it isn't the fault of the vendor, but perhaps they should consider using a different one. Anyone else who has a taste for expensive steaks and no conscience could have easily kept my order instead of going to the trouble of actually reading the address on the package and delivering it correctly."

Incomplete and Disappointing!!!

"Beware if you order from 1-800-Flowers...You just can t rely that the order will be done properly! Twice they screwed up my orders when it was very important for them to get it right!! (1) Mothers Day flowers never delivered; (2) flowers to a sick friend who just had surgery received an incomplete order!! Very disappointing...so when you want to say it with flowers don t rely on 1-800-Flowers...Instead order from a florist you know who won t let you down..."

Not happy

"I originally ordered the flowers on 11/23/16, but the order was damaged. I called and they told me that they would take $10 off the new order, and send the new flowers. The flowers did show two days later without the discount. Don't tell me you're giving me a discount, and then charge the full price. I didn't damage the product."

UNBELIVABLE

"I placed an order 1 week out for a delivery to my mother for her birthday that was to be delivered the day before her birthday. When I called her to wish her a happy birthday I found out the flowers had not been delivered. I called them and found out that the florist they were going to use could not fulfill the order due to the fact they did not have the container. they claimed that they tried to contact me about this, but did not. I agreed to have the arrangement put into another container and they assured me that it would be delivered that day, it did not. second call was made the same day in the evening after I knew they would not be doing the delivery, as I already knew is that there was nothing they could do that day. I requested a phone number for the florist that was going to do the arrangement so I could talk to them directly the next day and was told they could not give it to me. so I made sure they had my correct phone # and told them I expected a call in the morning to assure me that the order was going to be filled, it never happened. 3rd call I told them I was expecting a call that never came and there response was the original issue about the not having the container. again I asked for the phone# for the florist and again was told they could not give it to me. they tried to tell me that the flowers were going to be delivered that day but with all the let down from them I was not convinced it was going to happen, I again asked for the florist phone # so I could talk directly to them and again they refused. I finally just cancelled the order and ordered it from a local florist to my mom witch I should have done in the first place as a similar arrangement they had was much prettier. 1800 flowers kept trying to throw coupons at me I told them to just keep them as they had missed my mothers birthday and with all the issues I would never use them again. UNBELIVABLE"
