"They charge way more than everyone else for plastic cards (of the same thickness). The UI for the designing your own card is very poor, and does not give you a realistic view of what the card will look like, so if you don't like your design when it comes in your stuck with 100's of cards you don't like. They count shipping days the day after you order unless you get it in at the crack of dawn California time. After telling them I was unhappy, They didn't really offer redo's or money back or discounts if the customer is unhappy. I paid around 150 with discount code and rush shipping, and this is what I got, I found other companies charge around 40 for plastic...WHY PAY MORE FOR THAT?"
