"Very overwhelming. The tubing didn't fit because it doesn't have a piece to 'click' to the attachment. I needed a small nose pillow but can't change out just the pillow part as it attaches to the ear straps or head piece. I di like the SoClean and my filters and water container were correct. I did search the machine type. Hesitant to order tubing and nose pillows I need now. Not cheap."

Then another issue with excessive moisture in the hose. Talked with customer service both times, they were v ery helpful, friendly, professional, and willing to work with me. Ended up getting a heated hose for the moisture issue, they said it wasn't an uncommon issue (it alleviated the issue). All companies should treat customers like them."
