Only issue was website got confused about billing and mailing address. I needed it at the latter (I was out of town), and website almost sent it to former. Caught it, e-mailed the company , and received this in response:

"Even though I have ordered the same 407 Fisher Paykel mask and cushions, that I usually do --the cushions are now different and don't fit my face well. Almost total loss. Very disappointing . Will have to find a different company to order my equipment from."
"When I bought my full face mask from other companies, it would be almost dried out and not comfortable to wear, smaller almost. When I bought my face mask here, it was very supple and fit nice and snuggly. I never knew these things had an expiration date. These other companies need to review how long they’ve had these masks. That could be one of the reasons why people don’t want to use CPAP."

"I was reluctant to order from any online CPAP company. I had always gotten my supplies from a distributor that would call me to remind me to order. This was easy once I knew my machine make and model. I ordered and the only thing that didn't work out was the straps that go around your head. I thought I had the right one and I didn't. Not the companies fault, next time I will call first and found out what I should order.
