"Overall the service department was good, parts were ordered (although I had to order one part online to get a significantly better price which makes no sense) and delivered the next day for pickup. That said I have some serious issues with some of their parts and payment policies. First the parts, these were supposedly "special order" and as such were not returnable - which is complete crap; the bottomline is they don't want to be inconvenienced having to restock the parts. The second issue is that they charge you a 3% surcharge for using a credit card (essentially passing on the fee the credit card companies are charging them); you can use a Debit card but then any potential protection you may have had from the Credit card company is gone. Taken together one has to wonder about a business model that is so customer unfriendly."
