"I purchased a ZOPO ZP998 phone in April 2014. Three weeks ago around August 21st or so, the 3G function stopped.

I sent the video they've requested... now it's been over two weeks and NO RESPONSE!!

The 2G function still works and such but I want my 3G function back. They "claim" to have a 12 month warranty. I am not count my chickens on this one.

I have a distinct feeling I'm going to get burned on this phone.

they send you a phone that is much cheaper than the one you ordered.
they tell you to send it back, and then they will refund you.
Of course, they will claim they have never received the phone...and they DID receive it since my post office started an investigation.
Then they will keep making excuses for not having to give you a refund!
this joke has cost me a lot of money!
