"Ordered a sweater on November 30th, 2014. April 4th, 2015 now and though they are actually replying to my e-mails (occasionally), it's just "we'll ship soon" every time. After seeing all these other reviews, I've realized it must be a scam. They are very convincing with their website and "customer service", but I doubt anyone has ever actually received a product from them.
I've contacted my credit card company to attempt and get my money back, and will probably go ahead and cancel my card after I deal with that. I recommend you do the same if you've ordered something from this website."
"I ordered an item on 12/28/2014. This company debited by account on 12/29/2014. I have NOT received my order. It has been over 90 days. My emails are either ignored or I get a computer generated response. I tracked down a telephone # 1-***-***-**** and left messages. I have never received a call back. I called my bank to begin the charge back process. The problem is, most companies give only a 90 day window for this process. 1991inc states it takes 8 weeks to make and 8 weeks to ship.
THIS GOES OVER THE 90 DAYS ALLOWED TO CHARGE BACK!
They have the scam down to a science! . I wish I would have seen all the reviews prior to my ordering from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will not get your item and in most cases you will not be able to get your money back."
