I ordered it 2nd day air so I could do the replacement before leaving. It was not shipped until the next day, which meant it arrived while we were gone. I'm still satisfied , but I could have saved the money and had it ground shipped and still installed the day we got back."
"End of June I ordered 2002 Jeep Liberty Front Driver Side Upgrade Power Power Window Motor & Regulator Assembly TRQ WRA51905 to replace my 21 year old OEM window regulator. The replacement's design was different from the OEM in that it had two exposed wire cables on a pulley instead of a single enclosed cable. It failed (full down of course) after about six-weeks and the 1A Auto Team sent me two replacements. The first replacement failed (full down again) on installation. The motor was very hot and possibly shorted. The second one worked on installation. Normally the return window is based on 60 days from the original purchase. I asked the 1A Auto Team if they would extend my return window on that one in case it failed. Charlie was able to do that if I returned the failed regulators (which I did). Sure enough, the last regulator failed while my Jeep was being serviced at the dealership where I bought it. They couldn't get the window up. We manually forced it up and I called 1A Auto again. This time I asked for a different kind of the same part. Window Motor & Regulator Assembly TRQ WRA52206 which cost about $10 more but has a design similar to the OEM single enclosed cable. It arrived slightly damaged. The box wasn't very sturdy and looked like it had been dropped a few times by UPS. An attachment point on a bracket was bent but I straightened it with Vise Grips. I've installed this one today and so far so good. One difference is the glass does not go completely down with this part. I noticed other reviews complaining about this but at least if it does fail in the down position, I will have glass to grip and help pull it back up. The service has been excellent during all the returns and replacement coordination. All the phone agents were professional, pleasant, and empathetic to my woes. I was not required to return the last failed item. I would not recommend the TRQ WRA51905. Hopefully the supply will get exhausted and 1A Auto will not replenish that design. "
