My first interaction on a pricing question (found them through a pricing engine), they were extremely responsive. I emailed a few questions on options to support my SonicWall SoHo firewall and I got back a response very quickly. I had several questions regarding upgrading an existing device or consideration of a new firewall and they were direct and focused on providing the right solution and not upselling me on new product.
