Order and get double charged as our bank statements indicate. They lie about refunding the money and jerk you around from one phone call to the other. They say they have recordings of all calls but could not find the call my wife made where they say they are refunding the money.
August 27th she called, I asked her to call again August 28th and they deny her ever calling on the 27th and have no record of them owing us anything. They will lie back and forth and there is no one there with any authority to get it resolved.
This merchant is pulling the same tactics that ENZYTE did. slow walking people, taking more money out of their accounts and lying to keep that money no matter who you are.
I would never use a company like this and if you do, you are a fool.
They use this tonality to incite you, lies to inflame you and there is no one to complain to in getting it resolved.

"I really have to say - 1800contacts is by far the best online retailer that I have ever ordered from! Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is an understatement. I recently made a purchase for some color contacts and I did not like the color that I had ordered them in AFTER trying them on. I was just going to deal with the color and order another color after the box in question ran out. However, after a few weeks shy of my original order date, I called 1800contacts just to take a chance and inquire on whether or not I could return the contacts that I did not like for another color. I was well prepared to pay my own shipping to receive the new contacts and additional shipping to send the old ones back. I honestly didn't expect for them to allow me to return them (simply because I didn't like the color), but even more what I did not expect was for the representative to tell me that they'd send me out a brand new box for no extra charge even though I've used one pair of contacts in the box I'd already had. I also didn't expect for them to ship the new contacts off to me the same day I called about my issue! Not only was I not charged for shipping on the new order, but the represntative told me that the new order would have a return label in it for me to send the old ones back (free of charge to me). 1800contacts is a wonderful company - I've been ordering from them for over five years now! One time Walmart gave me a new brand that was way over priced for my budget. They personally called Walmart and found a better brand for my price. "1800 contacts promises a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. However, I have purchased contact in August and did not realize that they sent me the incorrect prescription until I needed to use the contact. When I contacted their offices to get the correct prescription they indicated that I needed a new prescription from my doctor. Now I have to pay a new doctors visit, which defeats the purpose of ordering from them. The way the economy is I cannot afford to keep paying doctor visits. I don't understand if they made the mistake. Why do I need to pay again for the doctor and for the new contacts? I am very dissatisfied with this company. Also you cannot seem to get the same answer from their costumer service agents. They are not consistent with their answerers or service. I do not recommend this to any one. People are better off going to their doctors and getting it right the first time."

"First time customer ordering through 1800contacts, I had a small problem with my prescription because the doctor wrote the wrong brand (1day acuvue instead of 1day acuvue moist).
I called customer service and was surprised that someone actually picked up the phone and I was not thrown into an IVR! After clearing up the problem and having a new prescription faxed over, they created a new order and shipped the contacts the same day.
They were helpful in getting things sorted out, and so far I would recommend them to anyone who buys contacts."
"Good retailer. My first order was mysteriously canceled so I immediately made a second order. I was charged for both orders. I contacted them through online chat and the friendly rep quickly refunded the extra charge. I have ordered from them before without any problems. I think it was an isolated problem and they quickly fixed it. Shipping was fast."
"I re-ordered for the 8th time from 1800 contacts and I have to admit that some of my previous orders went smoothly but others took a long time for me to get my contacts which is unacceptable. A place like this knows that people need them to see and they should process orders quickly and efficiently because of this. Anyways...
My last order was placed on March 14th. The order apparently shipped on the 16th. I called 1800 contacts on March 27th after the given 5-7 business days for the order to arrive. The first lady I spoke with, was nice at first but quickly turned rude and was mocking me in a sense when I was describing my situation to her. She was very over dramatic repeatedly saying, "Oh I am so sorry sir I really understand," in a happy go lucky voice after every sentence I ordered. I told her I wanted to discontinue my business with 1800contacts and to go ahead and cancel my order. She quickly responded "We can send you return labels sir and you can send them back and we will refund your credit card." She put me on hold and never came back so I called back after that and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on with Lisa N. who was very nice and ended up refunding my credit card and telling me to keep my contacts because she understood that the amount of time it was taking was unacceptable. She asked me if this was okay and I told her I would take them. Well my credit card has refunded and my contacts are not here yet. It is April 2nd. Although the supervisor I spoke with was top notch I am never ordering from this place again.
April 5th credit card has been refunded, but contacts never came."
