"Found this business when wanting to send get well flowers from PA to CA. Choices were nice and prices were within reason compared to some others. Ordering went smoothly and flowers were delivered as I specified.
The problem - the message I composed to go with the flowers was forwarded incorrectly. There were 3 errors in just one sentence & the signature. The flowers were going to our 15 yr old granddaughter who was recovering from a serious illness in the hospital. One of the mistyped words was suggestive and very inappropriate. Obviously no one had proof read the message prior to delivery.
Once aware of the situation I contacted the business who was located in Chicago. They then contacted the CA florist who had made the mistake. I received what I perceived as sincere apologies, additional arrangements & apologies sent to our granddaughter and an adjustment to my bill.
I would use 1-800-FLORALS/Phillips' Flower Shop again and I'd even agree to their using Park Florist in CA. I believe they made Nobel attempts to right their wrong. "
