"I shopped around and found 1800 Pools prices very good, so I called and placed and order for a Pool and all the equipment I needed for it, knit knowing all that was needed I had to rely upon their technical know who.
I first received the wrong part, wanted a Step System not a ladder, but they sent a ladder. Second when they boxes came they looked a little beat up and retapped, poor me did not inspect all the parts.
During installation of the pool found some cracks in uprights, installed them anyway was too far along to stop. I found out after the pool was up and I started filling it, that they send the wrong type of liner. They sent a beaded liner without the J-channel, what did I know, I thought it was an overlap, so that is how I installed it. Once I had it more than half way filled I noticed the uprights sliding out of the base plates, due to damage I did not see to the uprights from shipping I guess.

So I called and have been getting nothing but a run around from their customer service dept. all day, I don’t think their customer service people know anything about pools.

Never will I deal with these folks once this is over, they don’t return calls and they avoid you when you call them.

"They took my order for a basketball hoop.I was informed that it would arrive 2 weeks after ordering. Was told a week later that it was backordered. Will not deal with them again. Apparently you can not know if they stock the items they advertise-- as they apparently do not know themselves. Also it may take them a week to figure out that the person waiting for an order may never get it. "
