"BUYER BEWARE!! All of these people writing excellent reviews are either extremely lucky or fakes. Those writing about "excellent" service must be delusional. YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THEM. No phone number. And the email responses are obviously either computer generated or pre-written. I don't care if I get an immediate email response with a solution I am satisfied with (unfortunately for me, this was not the case,) a company that does all communication via email is not "excellent customer service," its a hassle. After 2 orders with 1 sale a day, I believe I've figured out their fraudulent system. Prior to ordering, the only shipping terms printed on the website state 5 business days. Some specific items do have a "*this item may take 7 business days to ship" under the description, but my items did not. Upon receiving my confirmation email, the terms changed from 5 business days, to 7-10 business days (annoying, but acceptable.) Both times, my card was charged within 2 minutes of ordering. I placed the first order on 1/09, and received an email on 1/11 stating the order had shipped with a tracking number. On 1/16, UPS was still showing the package as having a shipping label created, but not having arrived at UPS. I wrote an email. I received the same exact email, word for word, I have seen posted in several other reviews stating that they are experiencing shipping delays and a problem with their "online tracking system." Really?! Its the UPS website that displays the tracking info, not "their's" so this is total BS right off the bat. I guarantee that every order has a "shipping label created" by the 10th business day so they can pass the blame off to someone else or their "tracking system," but as soon as I wrote an email, my tracking number was working within a few hours and still showed 5 business days before it was to be delivered, so I am confident the package arrived at UPS the day I wrote the email, NOT on 1/11 as stated in their email. Part of my order arrived today, I have not had a chance to look at it yet, but the rest of it has still not shipped. Tomorrow is the 10th business day. A second order I placed on 1/17 (before this whole shipping debacle) shipped within a few days. I have read enough horrible reviews describing the same exact situation I found myself in to know that it wasn't just a fluke. I order from zulilly.com all the time and they take about 2 weeks, maybe longer, to ship because they offer such great deals that they wait until a deal has closed, and then order the exact amount of the item needed to keep costs low, therefore you have to wait for the manufacturer to ship to zulilly, and then zulilly to ship to you, but ALL of this is CLEARLY explained beforehand. If this is the case with 1saleaday, why not just be honest and up front? Reading their TOS and FAQ (which I have done very carefully numerous times) is infuriating and belittling. The terminology used is condescending. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service."

Out of all those only 2 times they had ran out but went out of their way to offer me a better offer or a gift as a consolation. They have got a loyal customer in me. Mike"
"Worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!! Buyer beware!!! Trust me guys, yes it might be cheap and affordable... but the product takes forever to be received. When I emailed to ask why the process was taking so long I received an email with a very general and broad response that didn't address any questions that I had asked. A week later, my package still hasn't shipped, so I decided to write another letter... The second one was a lot less nicer than the first. I demanded my product be shipped or ill call the B.B.B. to my surprise, they responded with the same exact response as the first time!!! What company values their customers this little to only email them back with pre-typed responses that don't address anything!? To receive the same email response was ridiculous! They don't even address you by name when they email you back!!! Horrible, horrible service! Please! Go somewhere else... Save yourself the trouble. This website is not worth it and 1saleaday.com is a sham! "
"I ordered a$45 movie camera that was a joke.It was a samsung w300. Nothing said it was refurbished and came with nothing. No cords,to charge a battery,nothing. I tried to send it back but was told I had to return it within 21 days of purching it but only if it was defective. It took 22 days to be delivered. This was my first and last purchase from 1 sale a day."
"Excellent customer service. The products are exactly as described. The only thing I don't like is they have a shipping agreement with Fed Ex (or UPS) not sure that transfers items to the US Post office. Once they transfer the item, it takes a really long time to get delivery. I have always been satisfied with what I purchased from them."
"I purchased some diamond earring from 1 Sale a Day and they were the worst diamonds I had ever seen. I would not even let a dog wear them. When I tried to return them 1 Sale a Day tried to get an 25% stocking fee for the cloudy and non brilliant diamonds. They are dishonest people and need to show true photos of their diamonds."
"I'm surprised by many of the negative reviews of 1saleaday. I have ordered 18 items from 1saleaday.com over the past 18 months. I have received every order that I placed, and the item was exactly what was described in the description. I have ordered new merchandise, and I have ordered refurbished electronics. Every single item was in working order, and the refurbished electronics seemed like they were brand new.
My most recent order was placed on 1/3/2013. I received the tracking information on 1/6/2013. The package left their warehouse on 1/8/2013. I received the package today on 1/14/2013.
Amazon.com and their Prime membership has spoiled many of us, and 1Saleaday is NOT amazon.com. They sell products that are most times the lowest price you will find anywhere, and believe me I check the prices before ordering. I'd love quicker shipping, I'd love cheaper shipping - but I know that 1Saleaday has to make money too. I've also ordered from them enough times to know that I'm going to receive my order, and that it might take a week or two to get to me in California.
Reseller ratings should rate the overall shopping experience, not just shipping. Complaining about shipping when you've just bought a bargain seems unfair and disingenuous to me. So bear that in mind when you read these reviews.
I love 1Saleaday and don't think twice about placing an order with them. I'm sure I'll order 18 more items over the next 18 months. They are one of the best daily deal websites there is. And they didn't ask me to write this review, and I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

"What a poor excuse for a company. I placed an order with 1salea day back on November 8th. The order took longer to ship than expected and by the time it did I was no longer at that address. I contacted 1saleaday on 12/05 and they said they would reship to my new address once they receive the item back. After two weeks and nothing I contacted them again on 12/19. I was then told my item shipped again and I would have it soon. Now it's 1/14/13 and still nothing and you cant call them since they refuse to deal with you unless you email them. Which I have over and over only to receive the same response and same tracking number that shows my order delivered back to them on 12/14. I asked for a refund and was told no I asked for them to ship it to me and was provided again the same tracking # that shows my order in FL as of 12/14 and not IL her now 1/14. "

Item 1 - a portable battery charger/jumper/source came in after 16 days looking as though it went through WWIII! item 2 - a watch - never has arrived. you have to do a google search to find a phone # to call them - as they don't respond to email. the guy that answered only took my info and said they would get back to me, after first lying that he couldn't access my account info. when I explained further, he was able to access it!. i called: ***-***-**** . tracking information does not work for the parcel. not a deal if you never get the item or if it is broken/doesn't work!! buy elsewhere!! their prices are rarely a deal!!"
