" I placed an order on 10/14. On 10/15, the amount of purchase was withdrawn from my bank. Two weeks later the item had not even shipped yet. I informed customer service and was sent a tracking number within two days. Package was never received but according to the tracking number they sent it was delivered on 11/06. I contact customer service and am told to wait a few days and try and locate the package. The package was never located and I still, to this day(11/17), have not received a refund. It is bad policy to charge a customer weeks before an item is shipped. It is worse to delay refunding a customer when the product is not received. I would be very leery ordering from this place, especially if a problem arises, due to their poor customer service and shipping practices! I have complained several times and all I am told is to wait. My last two email message were not even responded to. Very bad customer service!"

"7/25/2012 Order:
The shipping is slow like others have said, but that's expected when it's shipped from overseas. That's pretty normal. With that said, it took 3-4 weeks to get my item. The tracking number they provided wasn't working with me, I have no idea why. But I'm happy with the item with shipping.

The return timeframe does not change, it is 21 days from the date of delivery.
Our return policy is exclusive to defective items.
There are times when we will provide an RMA for items that are not defective.
Those returns; if approved will incur a 25% restocking fee, within the 21 day period.
