"While 1saleaday does offer good deals and you shouldn't probably expect the best customer service. I am very dissapointed in a recent transaction with the company.
On Nov 5 as part of a "Flash Deals" sale they offered a nice set of Kitchen Aid cookware for 169.99, I purched this for my wife who has been complaining about her pots and pans.
It has now been a fully month (I write this Nov 5th) and the product has not even shipped, I have contacted what passes for customer service 4 times regarding this order and have gotten nothing but lame canned responses via email 2 - 3 days after I write them and then they don't contain any information that I really ask for. I want an ETA, wouldn't you? But no they can't seem to do that. Sad sad sad, I will no longer be visiting 1saleaday, no deal is worth this much frustration."
