"Hit or miss. Expect a minimum of 10 days to receive your item. I've ordered a few items over the past year, and it's been a less than positive experience. I can recall at least 3 items that took 3 weeks+ with no order updates, or responses to inquiry to support. My last order was placed on 9/23 and was received on 11/17. This was only after emailing support numerous times, and only getting one response.

Model Number — PILOSMKNGX-STD-2PK)...and they did ship in a reasonable timeframe..however...I just really don't like them. One pillow is extra big and kind of feels like a spring is in it. The other pillow is smaller and compacted and is rather hard. I doubt I will try anymore pillows out. However, I have gotten some good products from this site."
