"While their site is easy to navigate and their price pretty fair, I haven't seen the memory I ordered. Estimated delivery date has come and gone with no memory in site. I purchased two day air delivery and a weeek later still haven't seen the product. Not a good way to run a business that relies on customer satisfaction. I will not v=be ordering from them again."

I placed an online order for a motherboard/CPU combo 11/2/14. There were several model boards avail at the same price, and additional boards avail for a reasonable upgrade fee. It was delivered 11/9/14. Wrong model board was shipped. I emailed support regarding a correct replacement, received reply that I needed to call. Called support, was told that my board was not avail, so they substituted a different board. They requested I return the entire order. With packaging, shipping and handling, and insurance it cost me $40-. Did not hear from them, so after a week I called. I was told the correct mobo was not avail, no ETA on when it might be available. Negotiating an upgrade to a better model board was not an option, so I requested a refund. Did not hear from them, so after a week I called. On that day, the refund had been credited to my account minus the original delivery, handling, and insurance charge. I requested return of the additional charges and was told the insurance could not be refunded, but they would submit a request for the D/H. The D/H was eventually credited to my account. In the end, I spent almost a months time with numerous phone calls and emails, spent $40- returning a product that should have never shipped, and was out the original insurance charge. I don't know if it was a bait and switch scam, but weeks later they were still offering the same combo and are still offering it today 10 weeks later. Buyer beware."

"Just ordered upgraded memory for my dated HP Elitebook. 1st Choice Memory is one of the few sites that still carries this memory and had the best price on the internet, even including the cost of shipping. I appreciated that the webpage listed the make/model computer that this memory is compatible with to confirm I am ordering the right product. "Ordered four sticks of 800mhz on July 12. Confirmed on July 14. Order finally shipped July 28 after contact. Order arrived with two of the four sticks of RAM non-functional. Returned those, and they were received Aug 7. After contact on Aug 18, replacements were finally shipped. The RAM I received was 667, rather than the 800 originally ordered. Those will return tomorrow. I am NOT hopeful about the future of this transaction, but I will continue to wait for satisfaction. I will never do business with 1st Choice Memory again."
