I got a prompt response the next day (because of the time difference), and they were happy to exchange them for a size smaller. "So far, both pairs of jeans seem to have been a great bargain. I ordered a t-shirt but it turned out later that it was out of stock despite not being posted as such. However, I my heart wasn't set on it and it was no skin off of my teeth when an actual 20jeans employee called me on my phone to still offer me the free shipping deal I had bought it in order to acquire. My only real complaint is that I also ordered a button-down shirt that ended up running too large and it was in a color very different than the one shown online. I have yet to complete the return process, but it has been kind of a hassle so far."
