"My order (two different jeans) arrived and both were the wrong color. Customer service was helpful offering to reimburse me for both the return and the original shipping. However, I'm still stuck with packaging this back up getting to the post office and then waiting for this order to arrive back at 20jeans and for the exchange to be sent back to me. By the time they arrive more than a couple weeks will have passed. Too bad your return/exchange operation wasn't more similar to amazon where the new item is shipped immediately and the credit is processed after the returned item arrives. It would cut down on what feels like a lot of waiting.

In the end, I understand that I'm griping about a couple jeans. There are certainly bigger problems in the world. This was just disappointing because I was excited to have found your website (which I like the design of) and this was my first order. Having it go badly makes me less excited to try again.
