I would have exchanged both for another size, but 20Jeans.com's return policy is such that I already had to pay return shipping on those items. So I didn't want to risk being unhappy with the fit of the replacement items as well and losing even more money.

Since 20jeans.com only offers refunds on the first purchase, I am extremely unlikely to try them again in the future.

If they hope to be as successful as other brands with similar retail models, they should reconsider their customer service/returns policies. "
