"Overall, decent experience so far. The website is nice, delivery was prompt. My problem was in choosing a size to order. The website had vague and ambiguous language regarding sizing. The jeans I ordered looked almost identical to a product that had copy saying the fit is like Levis 511's. I know my size in those. And on the Sizing Guide pop-up window of the product that I ordered, there was a table that showed identical measurements comparing the waist of Levis with the waist of the 20jeans. But there was also sizing-specific product copy saying: "Runs smaller than the norm. Size up for the classic skinny look." I understand "size up" but I don't really know what "for the classic skinny look" really means. If I don't size up, I guess I should expect a look *other than* the classic look? Which means what? Anyway, I ordered the size I wear in Levis. When the jeans arrived they were way too small in the waist. I sent them back to be exchanged for a pair 2 sizes larger. I'm now waiting on those."
