Claim Experience Good, Extreme Price Increase, Poor Customer Service Access

"We've been satisfied customers for many years. Our few claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. Until recently . . . we have been forced to change to another auto insurer. We had one small claim for $2400 (our fault) and they raised the rates by $3100 per year as a result. I expected a raise in rates, of course, but at a cost of more than the value of the claim in one year! What is insurance for? I found a reputable competitor that could provide the exact same coverage for $2200 less per year, so switched to them immediately.

Second problem - the only way to cancel the 21st.com policy is by phone. My hold times for that have so far been 70 minutes before giving up and trying again on another day. This hold time has been one hour 20 minutes so far today and who know how much longer it will take?
