"Decided to give this company a try since prices for original Epson ink cartridges for my printer have gone through the roof. I now regret it. The refurbished cartridge they first sent me leaked all over the plastic bag that it was shipped in. What a mess. At first, I was happy that they said they'd send me a replacement. It just arrived and it's the wrong one. Poor cartridge quality and poor customer service. Who needs this grief over an ink cartridge? I'm an unhappy customer with regret. Don't be like me."
"I have been buying our cartridges from 247inktoner.com for years. I had an issue with one of my cartridges purchased. Janie a customer service rep, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with sending a replacement product.
This is definitely my go to company for all my printing cartridges.

"These guys sent me faulty ink cartridges plain and simple. I spent a good hour or more trying to get them to work, nothing. I finally give up and send them back to 247inktoner.com thinking they would make the situation right. Despite a "100% satisfaction guarantee" all I got was a combative customer service rep and was told to more-or-less F off because one of the stickers was missing.
