Our order came in the wrong color and I asked to have them replaced, but no one got back to me in time to do that. I have made over 5 phone calls, several emails with exactly what they asked, and there is no one in "Customer Service" who can take my call. "

We regret to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the re-order. However, please note that a re-order may not bear exact resemblance with a previous order of the same specification.
Per agreed terms,
REPEAT ORDERS OR RE-ORDERS: A repeat order (or "re-order") may not bear the exact product color, font size, or ink color as in the "original" order. This is due to each order having a new mold and screen each time and we do not keep molds or screens on hand. Repeat or re-orders also fall under the Color Matching section of the policy. Prices may change between redo.
COLOR MATCHING
Exact PMS color matches are not available. We try to match your color selections as closely as possible using PMS numbers as a reference only. An exact match cannot be guaranteed for some products such as silicone wristbands, lanyards, can coolers, buttons, coasters, and napkins. When a difference of color occurs, no grounds for a remake, redo or refund will be given.
Furthermore, please note that we have sent you an image of a pre-production sample for your approval. You approved the sample and we customized the remaining quantities accordingly. As such, we cannot unfortunately consider the product defective in any way. As courtesy, we have previously offered a 5% refund which we have extended to 10%. Our offer stand, We humbly hope we were able to clarify and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

Please be noted that the artwork you provided contains a color closer to purple and the actual product resembles the digital preview.
