I purchased a bluetooth headset June 2010. They sent me an RMA and the package was returned as no one was there to accept the package. I contacted them and they even called me stating they received the package and asked me if I wanted a refund or wanted a replacement. I chose a replacement and haven't heard from them since. I have opened a support ticket with them, the Better Business Bureau of NY had sent them two letters and tried to contact them and no response to them either. So, I am out $43.98 + shipping charges. I am seeking to tell as many people as possible about this and seek legal measures."

"by now we are all familiar with deal a day sites i have over 20 bookmarked and try to them check daily

some of are better then other and some are not respectable IMHO 2dailydeals.com falls into the later category

most of the deal a day sites tell you up front how much shipping cost
2dailydeals.com does not tell you that they charge for shipping not even after you add it to cart only on the final checkout page do you see that they add $5 for shipping
OH!!! and to make matters worse if you want 2 of any item even a small lightweight item they charge $5 for each item so the shipping is part of the item price and should be shown upfront and not hidden on the final checkout page

this is not respectable it should be up front and on the main product page like most of the other deal a day sites and not rely on a mouthwatering front page price when its more like some kind of bait and switch
