"Joe was excellent in contacting me soon after I placed my order with a tracking number and detailed instructions about delivery. I was called to confirm my address and contact info. Furniture arrived 3 hours early so I was thrilled. Joe also called me the day AFTER delivery to confirm my satisfaction. Price is very reasonable compared to high end Furniture stores but the quality is still there. It's very heavy, so I know it's good quality. Thank you for all your help. "

"I am writing this review in hopes of helping other customers avoid the experience. I placed my order for this dining room set at the beginning of January through Amazon. Immediately when the furniture arrived, we began to build it and noticed that many of the pieces came damaged. We put everything back into the boxes and I contacted the seller through Amazon in order to return the items and receive a full refund. This was on January 22. Today is March 12 and I have yet received my refund. My conversation with the seller 2K furniture designs, was very aggravating from day 1. After days and weeks of waiting for an initial response with substantial information all the seller said was that I could be refunded $100 and stay with the item. I paid over $1000 dollars for this item. Seeing as I was unable to reach an agreement with the seller I decided to get in contact with an Amazon agent directly thinking that my issue would be solved rapidly. I contacted Amazon on January 28th and they have been even less helpful than the seller. After filing multiple A-Z claims and weeks and weeks of contacting different agents and waiting, we have reached no solutions. I still have the items in the middle of my dining room desperate to have the seller pick them up and give me my refund. I don’t know what else to do. My advice to anyone buying furniture through amazon is not to buy from 3rd party sellers, all they want is to sell you the product in whatever conditions and then keep your money. And as for Amazon, I thought thinks would go smoother. Turns out they really don’t care about their customers. "

"We ordered a king bed frame through Amazon, it arrived damaged because of shipping. Made one phone call to 2K Furniture and they returned my money in a day and didn't ask me to pay for return shipping (not a Amazon Prime item).

"I had a great experience with 2K Furniture.

I purchased a coat rack from 2K Furniture from Amazon in October 2021. I really liked it and wanted another one, but Amazon said the rack was no longer in stock and unavailable. Through Amazon's customer service, I got the phone number for 2K Furniture and contacted them directly to make sure it truly wasn't available.

I called the day after Thanksgiving which was obviously a very busy day for them. In spite of how busy they were, they confirmed my prior order and promised to call me back if they had the coat rack in their warehouse. The next week, they called me back confirming they did have the coat rack and I ordered a 2nd one from them.

I am really pleased with their customer service. They could have easily blown me off. After all, it was the busiest time of year. Instead, they took my request seriously and called me multiple times to follow up. I got my 2nd coat rack. Joe L at 2K Furniture was very helpful and made it happen. He went above and beyond the call of duty to serve a customer. Great job."

"Thought the price was right, was I wrong. I ordered a pop up thundle and high riser. I already had a high riser/pop up thundle for many years and love it, my old one works effortlessly Bad Bad Bad mistake ordering from this cheap inventory company. The pop up is defective and you have to struggle with it to get it to pop up. The customer service is a joke. These people do not care about you. BEWARE, I learned my lesson to first come here and read reviews. They should not be in business."

"I LOVE this cabinet. I read the reviews and was skeptical when I came across how the product came. I ordered on a Friday and it showed up on the next Monday afternoon to my surprise. Not one thing was wrong with it!!! It is so worth the money I paid for it. My husband had it together in an hour. I laid out the pieces and he put it together. Everything was there. It is sturdy and has plenty of storage. I did not want something so big that it took up too much room in my dining room and this fit perfect. It is not a cheap piece of furniture.
