"Ordered refill ink (color and black) for my HP78 and HP45 from this seller.
Tried the colored ink in 3 different cartridges, and even after going through all recommended troubleshooting tips,NONE of them work right.
The black ink dries up so fast that I have to clean the cartridge every few hours before it will print. Requested refund for the unopened packs, and their customer service said they'll have to charge me 15% restocking fee. The ink is JUNK! I shouldn't have to pay restocking fee!!!"
