“Jason, actually your statement is not correct in couple of ways. We sent you exactly what you ordered, and we will not be sending you the "correct" part, because it does not exist. Also, if the return was in fact due to our error - we would not ever tell you that it would take a "couple of days after"... we fix any issues right away.
It looks like you ordered two sprockets, one rear for 2000 Honda CBR600F4 and another front for 2005 Honda CBR600F4i. Not sure why you would select sprockets that fit two different bike bikes, but since you want to return the rear sprocket for 2000 Honda CBR600F4 we would have to assume you have a 2005 Honda CBR600F4i and not a 2000 Honda CBR600F4. The problem is - we do not sell a rear sprocket in the same brand for a 2005 Honda CBR600F4i, so we would not be able to send you a replacement. We can only issue a refund.
So feel free to send back the incorrect item you ordered for a full refund. Also if you need help finding the correct sprocket for your bike, just email us at cs@2wheelpros.com and we will gladly find one for you. “William, your order was placed on Friday afternoon the 20th. The same day within an hour to be exact, we sent you a notification that the item you ordered was out of stock, but more are on the way and it would be delayed by 4 to 6 business days. Your statement of "2 days later received email on backorder." is simply not true. We always follow up with our customers on any order issues within 24 hours and more often within an hour. In fact this item is not and never was on back order.
I do apologize that the item you ordered was out of stock, even though when you placed the order our website stated "1 left in stock". Sometimes inventory is incorrect (especially if one of something is left) or there may have been another customer who purchased the same item at about the same time. We did proactively notify you and you had the choice of cancelling the order as well. Instead you chose to post a negative review.
As for "have not received update from company in 4 days" - we already stated the item would ship in "4 to 6 business days" - we are not sure what update you are looking for. The item will ship in the stated time, or you can always choose to cancel the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
