"I am reading some of the bad comments below, and it's clear to me that these are aching competitors trying to tarnish the name of an excellent company for their own benefit.
That's one of the issues with the internet being anonymous, so people with harmful interests can post misinformation and bogus claims and hide behind aliases. I bet that if you ask for a proof of orders details from those posters, you will find out they have none.
I have been dealing with 316steel.com since they launched in 2006 (12 excellent years of co-operation). Practically ordered over 200 orders from them, all sorts of items from stainless steel to fashion jewelry and others. I have never encountered even a single issue that they didn't resolve promptly and efficiently. Their customer service is brilliant.
They offer excellent products, at excellent pricing, production orders options, multiple payment options, very fast orders processing and shipping options with multiple express shippers like UPS/DHL and more, they provide their own high quality photos for every item purchased, which helps boost our sales significantly.
I honestly can't find one bad word to say about them and I am really sorry to see such brutal lies posted online, especially against such a wonderful long-standing business.

Note that I am ordering for many years from many companies in the far east (they are based in Thailand), and I can not recommend 316steel highly enough compared with any of them. They are, hands down, the best in the business.
