Now I need to go in person to this 355 Rockville to cancel my order and get refund... Hope they wont charge anything for fault with their part."

"I went to your dealership twice, and both times came away feeling unappreciated and even insulted. The first time was on a Saturday and I wanted to see if I could get an oil change. I only had 500 miles on my brand new 4Runner, but like to do my first oil change around that milage. I understand that Saturdays are busy and I did not have an appointment, but with previous brands it seemed they had an express oil change system or tried to make it work for you, I was just told, nope. I asked when they might be able to do it and was told either scan that QR code or go online to make an appointment. On my next experience I called while heading into your area to ask if they had black lugnits to go on a 2024 4Runner, he said, what's your vin # I said I'm not sure I'm driving right now, he said without that I can't tell you anything. I continued to the dealer and took a picture of my vin on the way in. I already had the part pulled up on the Toyota app that had my vehicle stored on it. I gave him the vin but also showed him the part (a bag of 6 black lug nuts) with the part # he said,that isn't the right part for your truck, I said it says it is, it says it is a perfect fit for my vehicle. He said let me check something and took my phone into the back. He returned with a lugnits in his hand and said, it is the right part, we do have them, but they are very expensive. Now on the Toyota app it said they were like 14.74 for a pack of 6. He told me they were 30$ per lug nuts! I guess I appear really stupid. I laughingly said, no they are under 15$ for 6! He said, well maybe you can find them cheaper online, but that's the price, I said have a nice day and left. The reason I wanted the lug nuts was because I had purchased a set of TRD wheels and new tires. I stopped at service to ask how much it would be to install the TPMS valve stems and mount and balance the tires. There was a out 5 advisors at the counter, only 1 with a customer in front of them. I stood at the sign that said to wait at, being the only one in line. I was with my 8 yr old nephew and after waiting around 10 minutes without anyone at least telling me somebody would be with me shortly, I said, come on buddy let's go, he said I thought you wanted to get your wheels put on, I him never spend your hard earned money at a place that doesn't appreciate you, and they haven't even acknowledged we are here, we'll find somewhere else."
"I placed the orders last week. It says that the orders will be ready for pickup in 1~4 days and I will be notified. Thus far, I only received confirmations of the invoices. I asked them to let me known when the orders are ready for pickup, but they never replied. When I called their provided phone number ***-***-**** to make sure the orders are ready before I go there, it always automatically replied “Sorry, this number is no longer in use”. What a business!"
"Everything was greate I ordered seatbelt and it arrived fast. It was not clear how to check order status. It is an old method just to wait for email notification. And it was not clear what ia the mail I am waiting for. So I had to call and ask. Yiu need a link check status with two oprions not eeady to pick up and ready to pick up. No need for somthing more complicated.
In addition therw are many toyota sited for parts. All the websited are almost the same. You shoukd have one website that redirect you to the site acirding to your location. I ALMOST ORDERD TO A SITE IN ANOTHER STATE until I actively searched for site in rockville md."
