"I ordered a phone from these folks and while all the parts were there, there was a defective data cable. I contacted the seller and "Sara" emailed me back to say a replacement would be sent out. To date nothing and no response from follow up emails."

"I bought a phone on Ebay from 360wireless.com on Sept. 2. They shipped me a phone which I received on September 6. The phone was supposed to include a battery but there was none with the phone. I emailed them on Sept 6 and they replied that they would send me a battery "ASAP". To me ASAP means as soon as possible, which to me, would have meant sending it right away on Thursday, Sept. 6. It's now Sept. 10 and I still have not received the battery. Emails sent to this company go unanswered. I am very disappointed that this company would take my hard earned money and then send me an incomplete and therefore useless product then not take care of the matter."

"Tried to pull the classic "bait and switch" with me. Advertised one low price but then told me the model was discontinued and tried to get me to buy the more expensive model. I went to another site and bought the original model with no problems. Then I found out these guys charged my credit card anyway. Now I'm fighting them to get my money back. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! It would amaze me if they're not in jail soon."
