"They were super fast and had great customer service. I had called another big name computer repair place and they wanted to charge me $600 for parts plus a ton for labor. And they wouldn't do the work unless I let them check my mother board too. I had cracked my screen and could no longer see what I was doing. It was nothing to do with the mother board. I called 365 laptop repair and they had me bring it in same day and had it done for me one hour later. $160!! Proved that well known repair co is a rip off and this company is honest and fair in their pricing. The fact they are so quick with their repairs too makes them amazing! The glue they used wore off in one area so the screen was coming detached by my camera so I took it back in and they fixed it immediately free of charge. It has been great ever since. I highly recommend!!!"

"They repaired my laptop screen quickly and for cheaper than anyone else. However, the work was not exactly high quality work. They installed the new screen but did not clean the back side of it so you can see all kinds of smudges and bits of dust that cannot be wiped off because they are on the inside of the screen. I emailed the tech who did the install, but he never replied. I also just noticed the other day that the bluetooth no longer works. Not sure if its related to the repair or not. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and did the work quickly, but the repair lacked some attention to detail."

"I took in my old laptop which had a screen problem (it had become difficult to see what was on the screen). It turned out that I needed a new screen among other things. Instead of putting a lot of money into a laptop that I didn't even especially like, I was able to trade it in on a new Dell Ultrabook for a good price. I am much happier with the Ultrabook than I was with my old Toshiba laptop. (The Toshiba was less than a year old and it was falling apart. Obviously, I don't recommend Toshiba.) The owner of 365 was very helpful and very patient. He took a lot of time to make sure I was satisfied."
