"I am going thru the same experience! Bought Windows 7 in December 12, did not use much, but suddenly in 2013, when I rebooted my PC, and tried to start the Windows 7, got a message that the Windows 7 is not a genuine copy!
So, now I cannot use the Windows 7 on my computer! What a shame! Tried to reach Microsoft customer help and no success. This is not fair. Can't trust any online purchases!"
"Bought Windows 7 Ultimate with 4 licenses from 365professionals.com in November 2012. All well at the time Validation with Microsoft passed and no problems until August 2013. Message on screen that windows 7 is not a genuine product. Contacted Microsoft and they told me that the product key was pirated. Microsoft did not explain why the validation passed in 2012, they just said they found it pirated now and blocked my four licenses!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried to contact 365 professionals by phone and e-mail with no success! Website is has been under construction for the past 2 months!
Very disappointed with the attitude of Microsoft as well! After having spend thousands in the past on licenses for Windows 3.1, 3.11, XP,Vista, Vista upgrade, windows 7 Ultimate, Office 97, office 2000, and office 2010. We get this kind of treatment! They should go after the company that pirates and not the trusting costumer. I will do my very best to never buy Microsoft products again!"
