"I ordered with next day delivery on Monday night and took delivery of the item on the Thursday. So why the star review? I wasn't expecting the item until Wednesday as I missed the cut off for Tuesday deliveries but it never arrived. The tracking for the item showed that it was still at the warehouse so I called 365games. They didn't fob me off and they actually wanted to help so they promised to call me back after they spoke to warehouse and within an hour I got the call back. The item was in the hands of the courier, who failed to log the item so no tracking was being given. The company refunded my next day delivery fee without question and the parcel arrived safely today. I have placed a 2nd order today confidently knowing that if there is a problem it will be solved quickly. "
