"This website has HORRIBLE service and customer service. I ordered some earring 3 weeks ago and they have not shipped yet. I get the earrings as a gift but it seems they will not come on time. I also payed for the express shipping but it is a total scam. When you order an item, they will take weeks to ship it out no matter what shipping you choose. Their website says hat it takes 2 business days to ship a package after ordering but that is a lie. I am on week 3 with my package not being shipped. When talking to the customer service rep, they give very vague answers and take a very long time to respond. Every time I asked them where my package was located they kept saying it will be shipped within the week but it never shipped week after week. With them taking forever to ship items, they are extremely quick to take your money. Beware when ordering from this website, they are very untrustworthy, quick to take your money, unresponsive, and very slow."

The quality of the coat I ordered was way beyond what I'd expected. The sewing and the fabric are high quality, I was afraid it would possibly be like the ones I'd seen at an Anime store in our mall but thankfully it wasn't. "I am completely disappointed in the customer service from this site. It's been six weeks since I ordered from their site and I still have not received my merchandise. They didn't even bother to ship the package until a month after I ordered and my package has been sitting somewhere in China for the last two weeks with no update at all to the tracking information beyond "preparing to ship." While their customer service department does respond to emails, it's always with some kind of vague and unhelpful nonsense like, "the package might be in transit."
I ordered my daughter's birthday present 6 weeks before her birthday but she won't be getting it on time this year due to 399 Anime Shop's inability to live up to what they promise. Of course, they didn't hesitate to take my money -- that was removed from my account immediately. They've now delayed my order so long that it won't arrive until it's too late for me to file a dispute with Paypal if the merchandise isn't as promised. Deliberate on their part? I'm guessing yes.

There was the option to ship with 'normal shipping'
it may be long, but I'm assured to have 0 custom fees, so I love that when I don't mind waiting for a product.
The seller was kind enough to send me periodical notification to keep me up to date on the order's status.
The item is nice and the pricing is worth.
