"I ordered an item which I am dearly wanted to have ever since, way back 2 years ago. Now I finally own one and would take good care of it. 399Anime Shop is very nice though they still need to put more items for sale. They are good people who communicates well. They are also prompt with their work and personally I will never hesitate to do business with them.
It took some time with the deliver (around 2 weeks) but it was all fine and smooth as my country was somewhat far from them and also considering the fact that they use postal mail.
I would admit it may seem to be costly but don't worry because the items are worth it especially if you are going to use it for your personal interest or a gift maybe. You'll be happy with your purchases at 399Anime Shop. But it would really be awesome if 399Anime Shop would put MORE items and some freebies at their store.

"The first thing you see when you enter their page, is their newer products... there you see keychains, figurines, and simimlar stuff. Then, you check the left corner of the page to see a list of anime tags, so you can find what you're searching for. They have the tipical anime, like Naruto and Bleach, and some that are somewhat unknown, like Jigoku Shoujo. Unfortunately, the list is rather small, and you can't find some popular anime-related things like Touhou (although there is Vocaloid).

Then, you enter in the anime section, and look at the products. Some anime have a lot of merchandise, and other have nearly none, but there are little, if any, products out of stock. And then you see the prices, and at first you can't believe thhey are that low...

After placing your order, the staff keeps you informed about the shipment, and everything else, with regular emails. For example, I placed an order on 2/1. The next day, someone from the staff sent me a mail reminding me that, since chinese new year had just started, they would process my order like it was done on 2/6.

I recieved the package on 2/13, in perfect conditions.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the service, and I'll check 339 Anime Shop's products every time I think about buying something anime-related."
