Accidents happen but when they happen to a 400$ pair you want to find the nearest hole and climb into it. ThIs company is amazing. I have not had one complaint so far. The only bummer is not being able to try before you buy but so far with knowing my measurements, that has not been a problem. I just found a pair I really liked at the optometrist office and made them give me the specs for that pair. Shipping is fast and customer service always friendly.
