"It takes more than 2 weeks to received the glasses, and after 1 week of used the heart fall of the frame living an awful hole. When I call to complained, they want to send a new frame in one week, I get upset to wait another week and she asked me to pay overnight delivery.....really!! After more complained she decided to make a favor paying them for the overnight. I received the frame but now I don't know how to change the lens. I have to buy new glasse in a store with warranty. So expend more money and more time."

Originally I had sent in a pair of reading glasses - I LOVED these frames and had sent them to get re-lensed. Unfortunately this did not work out. 39dollarglasses.com had their rep reach out to me to help with my situation. The rep, David was very through in explaining why my prescription was in-compatable with my desired frame. He gave me the links to several pairs of frames similar to the ones I had sent in - OR he offered to give me a full refund as well as shipping back my original frames. He helped me find a PERFECT replacement pair of frames for the ones I had sent in. My order was sent out ASAP after I selected the new frames. He was very attentive and helpful in every step of the process. He also helped me find a part to my existing glasses- as I am also interested in sending them in to be re-lensed now that I have found the a new end-tip for the arm. David had a very quick response time--he was able to be reached easily by phone or email- all questions were answered. The presentation of the package was GREAT as well, My new glasses came in a soft draw string bag placed into a lovely clamshell case. They also include a key-chain eye glass screw driver to tighten the screws on your glasses while you are on the go- as well as nice mircro-fiber lens cloth."
