"While placing the order on line was easy, any follow-up I made was difficult. The phone number listed resulted in a terminal hold of 15 minutes before being disconnected. The chat function did not work and except for an auto response to my e-mail inquiry, I never received a response from the company. After two weeks, I finally contacted someone via phone after a 20 minute hold. When I asked about an expected delivery date, I was informed that my order had been delayed and the company did not provide time estimates for expected delivery.
When the glasses arrived after 3 weeks, the frame did not look like the picture on their web site. Guess I learned my lesson about ordering on line."

extremely satisfied with the service. However, this time wasn't so good. First thing - I received an email that the glasses would be delayed due to quality inspection. I waited a week and then called Customer Service. The associate at CS was lacking in the "service" area - she was rude and curt. So I kept checking online to monitor the progress of the order. I sent an email after a few days and
was told that it was my decision to make regarding cancellation of the order. The order took 16 days to arrive from the order date. It was my last order with the company."
