"I ordered from here for their low price and excellent ratings on this website but an order I made on a Thursday (11/17) wasn't charged or shipped. Since I didn't hear from them, I contacted the company on Monday (11/21) and was told that they weren't receiving a shipment till the coming Wednesday (11/23). Then I received another email saying they won't be in stock until Monday (11/28) due to Thanksgiving day weekend. I was trying to get an SSD for cheap ASAP but looks like I'll have to wait till next week. If they notified me earlier, I could've paid $20 more at newegg and gotten it the next day. Horrible.. some communication would've been nice.
Response: No effort was made to contact me. Only AFTER I emailed the company about my order was I updated. I also received a reply about how I did not give the company a chance to compensate me. After a few emails, I was only offered compensation after I mentioned a bad review. A lot of BS if you ask me.
edit: My credit card was charged for it too on 11/22 when they don't even have the product in stock. "
