1 month has passed and I still have no laptop.


I had purchased a laptop from these guys.. I received my product damaged by UPS..

UPS Brought me my laptop broken. Damages happened during the shipping... UPS then had to come pick up the box, and caused me major problems on with the return process.

However.. After hearing that I was having Issues with UPS.. 3btech worked directly with me over the phone to sort out the issue.

But they lied to me... Because of all the issues that was caused by UPS.. I was told I would receive 50% off the difference of a different laptop because the one I ordered did not have a replacement. I picked a new one.. Then was told, that one had sold before they could process my order.. So I had to pick another one.

I picked the one that should be shipping to me right now... However.. The full price was charged to my card.. I did not receive the deal discussed on the phone... They only took $1.50 off of the total...

So This company Sold me a defective product.... Then they lied to me about the cost of replacement.. and I ended up paying $200 more than I originally had..

I was lied to and ripped off.. I will Never be doing buisness with this company again.. And I will be doing all in my power to let others know about the Lies and Deceit used to keep my business.

I asked for a refund.. They told me they would give me a deal so I didn't take the refund.. Then they didn't give me a deal and charged the full amount to my card.
