"I had an issue with a Viotek PSU I ordered from 3B Tech and they resolved everything! I am satisfied with their service in accordance to this issue. My PC didn't respond after installing maybe due to not removing devices and reseting my bios by removing the battery? It should of worked fine anyways. After reinstalling my factory PSU my PC still didn't work and thought the Viotek 550w ruined my motherboard until I removed my battery .ugh. My computer works fine thankfully(gave me a scare). This could of been a mishap of incompatibility or a lack of necessary steps.

You are correct, come to find out the store I tested the PSU at had an outdated voltage tester. Well thank you 3B Tech for understanding this Horrendous mixup. I'll have to contact Viotek manufacturer on this issue I had with their PSU. I do appologize for any previous wrongful offenses. I learned my lesson and will definitely order a much better brand!! It's worth the life of any PC.
