"I ordered a refurbished AsRock 939Dual-Sata2 motherboard to complete a spare PC with some parts lying around. Shipping time was reasonable given that it was free, but the product's packaging left something to be desired. The cardboard box came banged up and did not seem as sturdy as those used by other e-tailers, and while there were plenty of foam peanuts, the motherboard's anti-static bag was not sealed.

Nonetheless, the motherboard came in like-new physical condition, and the capacitors looked normal and were not bulging. The system booted up on my first try and has been working good for the last two days. Minor packaging concerns aside, 3btech did a great job on my order and I would recommend to others."
