"Pros: Some of the best prices on the net. Quick response to emailed questions.

Cons: Their site looks like something from a decade ago, or longer. Finding stuff on their site is a pain. Product descriptions are not very detailed. The graphics card I was sent came in a bubble wrap pouch, instead of static free. It was dusty as well, so either used (when I ordered new), or stored badly. But it does work just fine.

All in all, they aren't horrid, but not the best either.

Anyway, they explained the the card I received was a "system pull" that should not have come to me since I was buying new. And they gave me a partial refund. So I'm satisfied with that.

@3B Tech: As for the site, I'm astonished people compliment you on it... It's bad enough that I only go to it when I find a link via Pricewatch. And I only browse for things then because I like consolidating my orders. Frankly, as a web developer, I would be ashamed to have your site in my portfolio. I bet if you put some good effort into a redesign, you'd see an increase in sales. Though, be sure you put out the money for a good company to do the redesign. Otherwise you could see the opposite. "
